About me

Mary is a born and raised Memphian growing up in Bartlett, TN & has loved living in the 901. From college-living near the U of M to Mud Island & now in the town of Collierville to raise her family, she truly believes Memphis offers something for everyone.

After graduating from the University of Memphis with a Bachelors in Child Development in 2010, she worked in a variety of industries but ultimately found her passion loving on people – first and foremost her family. She’s been married to her husband Paul for 9 years with two wonderful children, Ellie and Parker.  After being a stay at home mom for 7 years, God has called her back into the workforce to not only care for her own family, but to care for other families as well.

The Lavoies now call Collierville home where they love doing life with family & friends, going to church, watching their kids play soccer & attending Tiger & Grizz games. Mary says, “I look forward to being present & helpful through every interaction with our Reid client families and can’t wait to get started!”
